📋 Description
• Responsible for generating and processing invoices and debt collections • Accurate and timely warranty submissions for products • Assist internal and external stakeholders for issue resolutions • Organize and execute parts returns • Enter return authorizations of parts and prepare documents • Maintain financial and warranty statistical reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Acquire and maintain MU Outboard certification within the first year • Thorough knowledge of Mercury and Brunswick products • Ability to accurately identify and understand parts interactions • Knowledge of dealer invoicing software • Complete understanding of customer service philosophy • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer and technology skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Inspire and motivate trust in people
