β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ Role Name: Client Sales and Service Specialist β€’ Schedule: 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Malaysia/Singapore hours β€’ Scope Manage the entire sales cycle for private yoga and pilates sessions β€’ Oversee client retention and satisfaction for the client database β€’ Handle all aspects of customer communication related to group and private sessions β€’ Contribute to the overall growth of the private session business segment β€’ Collaborate with instructors to ensure seamless client-instructor matching β€’ Operate remotely, aligning with Malaysia/Singapore business hours β€’ Responsibilities Convert leads from WhatsApp and Google forms into private session bookings β€’ Reach out to potential clients, understand their goals, and pair them with appropriate instructors β€’ Book private sessions and manage the client database β€’ Conduct post-session follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage rebooking β€’ Proactively contact clients with low package balances to inspire repurchases β€’ Proactively contact clients whose packages have expired to encourage repurchasing β€’ Handle general customer service inquiries via email and WhatsApp β€’ Meet or exceed targets for number of sessions booked

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or lifestyle industry β€’ Proven experience in customer service roles β€’ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal β€’ Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Google forms for lead management β€’ Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships β€’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software β€’ Understanding of yoga and pilates principles and benefits
