• This is a remote position. • Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm U.S. Central Time (Houston, TX) With 1 hour unpaid break. • Join a cutting-edge energy storage startup that’s revolutionizing backup power solutions for manufacturing sites and data centers. • This innovative company is on the brink of launching its first commercial product, positioning itself at the forefront of the clean energy revolution. • With a small but highly skilled team of engineers and executives, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s success and growth. • As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and team during a critical growth phase, including an upcoming fundraising effort. • This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insights into the innovative world of advanced battery technology while honing your organizational and communication skills. • You’ll be at the heart of the action, managing crucial communications, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring smooth operations as the company transitions from product testing to commercial delivery. • Your efficiency and support will be instrumental in driving the company’s success as they prepare to disrupt the energy storage market.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in professional business correspondence • Proficiency in using common office software, project management tools, and CRM systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the energy storage industry and technical concepts • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs before they arise • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours to accommodate urgent matters or time-sensitive communications • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
