📋 Description

• Provide human capital operational support for federal government customers managing their external leadership development programs. • Delivery and quality of all administrative processes. • Primary point-of-contact for internal and external candidates through the selection process. • Develop and implement a selection process for identifying nominees. • Prepare data analysis to inform the selection panel for review. • Work with the budget analyst to track program tuition expenditures. • Support program leads in identifying and resolving ad hoc issues. • Assist in designing, planning, and executing Agency Review Panel for external development programs. • Coordinate project assessment activities and monthly reviews. • Schedule meetings with various stakeholders. • Organize records and files from data calls; maintain tracking system. • Create and maintain tracking system for tasks and requests. • Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting important actions and decisions. • Create and distribute communications to stakeholders. • Maintain channel and file structure in SharePoint and/or MS Teams; provide event support.

🎯 Requirements

• AA or BA preferred • 2 years, 5 preferred, experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency using MS Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
