📋 Description

• The Payments Account Manager is responsible for driving enterprise cross-sell and migration efforts among municipalities still using third-party payment providers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal customers, particularly those in the Top 100 accounts. • Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and pain points, offering solutions that enhance reconciliation, adoption, and overall satisfaction. • Work closely with marketing to personalize outreach campaigns for non-integrated accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payments or GovTech sales/account management. • Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales quotas. • Understanding of payment processing workflows and common challenges in municipal finance. • Willing to travel for in-person meetings and regional events.
