• Lead and direct team members in systemwide diversity and inclusion projects and initiatives • Ensure that diversity and inclusion are part of every aspect of associate life • Provide leadership and partner with ministry leaders • Focus on quantifiable assessment of results by monitoring D&I metrics
Requirements
• 4 year/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or directly related field • Master's Degree preferred • 5 years of Diversity/Inclusion, Human Resources, or related experience required • Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations
