β’ High School Diploma or GED β’ Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and work with complex data β’ Strong communication and presentation skills, able to share insights and recommendations β’ Ability to take a proactive approach to finding and suggesting improvements β’ Well-organized with attention to detail, able to handle multiple projects at once β’ Familiarity with data analysis tools, and working with large datasets β’ Proven ability to manage time well and handle projects with some independence β’ Basic project management skills, with experience in helping plan, execute, and track projects β’ Practical experience in day-to-day operations, with a willingness to take part in routine production tasks β’ Experience using or knowledge of MS Excel or Gsheets
