• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Strategist to develop and execute product marketing strategies • Work alongside the Product Manager to ensure new product features have appropriate GTM strategies • Create engaging written and visual content across various channels (web, email, blog, social media, etc.) • Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints • Contribute to the planning and execution of the marketing calendar • Assist in driving organic search strategies and support paid marketing efforts • Participate in optimizing marketing funnels through testing and experimentation • Help develop automated email campaigns and nurture sequences • Analyze marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations • Participate in cross-functional product teams to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends • Contribute to defining and refining target audience personas • Create content to support sales enablement efforts
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the WordPress ecosystem • Strong understanding of product marketing concepts and strategies • Excellent writing skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling copy • Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. WordPress, email marketing software, analytics tools) • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
