• About the Coalition: BDC aligns stakeholders to transform buildings through clean energy • Position Description: Sr. Associate will report to Sr Marketing Manager and collaborate with teams • Support all aspects of field operations, outreach events, and community engagement • Focus on project management, creative materials development, and digital communications • Coordinate marketing and outreach needs with local stakeholders, utilities, and community groups

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in marketing, program management, digital organizing, or grassroots campaigns • Demonstrated success working with CBOs, local governments, utility companies, and advocacy organizations • Skilled in leading and executing complex project roadmaps • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration • Expertise in crafting creative briefs, scopes of work, and contracts • Highly-capable developing content strategies across multiple platforms • Empathetic and culturally aware, with a talent for engaging and mobilizing diverse communities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Deep passion for sustainability, clean energy, climate solutions, decarbonization, and electrification • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Canva, WordPress, Zoom, Slack, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Analytics
