• Support directors and partners in the delivery of high-profile projects focused on financial outcomes in community healthcare. • Build long-term relationships with senior executive management. • Prepare and present financial analysis and reports to stakeholders. • Develop modeling tools and create detailed budgets compliant with funding requirements. • Provide recommendations for financial performance improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university. • Master’s Degree preferred but not required. • MBA ideal. • Four years’ experience in healthcare finance. • Experience with healthcare billing/coding a plus. • Prior Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and/or Community Health Center (CHC) experience a plus. • At least four years of experience with data and financial analytics projects. • Strong attention to detail in writing, analytics, and compliance. • High-level command of Excel. • Tableau a plus. • Mission Driven- motivated by working with non-profits who deliver high quality care.
