β’ Demonstrated success in closing deals, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, and a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics. β’ Direct experience working at or with a Learning Management System (LMS) and a strong background in the eLearning industry. β’ Proven ability to identify and acquire new customers while expanding brand presence and driving revenue growth. β’ Skilled in developing untapped or underserved territories to maximize market potential. β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to create compelling presentations and build strong interpersonal connections. β’ Proficient in conducting successful cold outreach initiatives across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn. β’ Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. β’ Demonstrates a self-directed work ethic and exceptional problem-solving capabilities. β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
