Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience with clients, brokers and carriers in Benefit Administration sales. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits, Web based Benefit Technology, Human Resources, or Health Care. • Experience with employer groups size of 10,000 lives +. • Experience with pooled groups preferred if supporting reseller, association and trust group. • GBA, CEBS, PHR Designations preferred. • Proven track record of retaining, growing and renewing client partnerships. • Eager to achieve and exceed a sales quota. • Ability to analyze and present data meaningfully for clients. • Proven ability to create and maintain strong client relationships. • Flexibility in managing varying responsibilities throughout the day. • Ability to influence others consistently. • Proven skills in developing and delivering presentations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to execute sales discovery. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Desire to learn about new technology and continuous learning.
