Description

• Craft educational content for clients' benefits strategies. • Tailor content to client culture, tone, and style guides. • Build and maintain client relationships. • Present content and strategies effectively to clients. • Develop and deliver content across various mediums. • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of content delivery. • Utilize discovery documentation to create impactful content. • Maintain client-specific artifacts and adhere to style guides. • Possess thorough understanding of client health plans and benefit packages. • Stay informed about best practices and encourage adoption. • Utilize project management software to monitor tasks. • Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary. • Use data analysis to guide content strategies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional experience in journalism or content creation. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Effective collaboration and project management abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confidence in presenting and discussing strategies in client-facing settings. • Submission of a compelling portfolio of writing samples. • Solid understanding of AP and Chicago style writing rules. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
