• Business Sherpa Group provides outsourced operations support to small and midsized enterprises (SMEs). • Manage our team of professionals dedicated to ensuring accurate and timely client accounting. • Work with various stakeholders, including our SME clients, cross-functional teams, CFOs, account managers and technical teams. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. • Oversee the closing processes, budgets, forecasts, financial analyses ensuring deadlines are met.
🎯 Requirements
• A CPA, or close to one. • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a range of small and mid-sized organizations. • Experience working for an accounting or bookkeeping firm, during which you managed a portfolio of clients. • Experience as an accounting supervisor or team lead. • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.), and cloud-based accounting packages. • Driven to do things right and take a constructive approach to solving problems. • Enthusiasm for what you do and the desire to help clients succeed.
