• Lead a program management team for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management. • Develop program managers to lead global product development strategies. • Establish clear processes for team management and communication. • Drive strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives. • Lead process improvement initiatives and optimize team efficiency, quality and performance. • Collaborate with teams to deliver on commitments to the organization and to patients. • Manage, mentor and develop a team of program managers who plan and execute projects. • Facilitate alignment with key stakeholders and ensure communication across project teams. • Develop, validate, and maintain project schedules. • Plan, track, and manage project milestones. • Implement good project and risk management practices. • Liaise with internal and external collaborators to deliver high quality work products.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required; Advanced degree preferred. • BA/BS Degree with 14 plus years of experience in drug development, consulting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology OR an MA/MS/MBA with 10 plus years of experience in drug development, consulting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology OR a PhD/PharmD with 8 plus years of experience in drug development, consulting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology. • 5 plus years in leadership roles in a multicultural & international portfolio environment is a plus. • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook. • PMP certification a plus.
