• Responsible for the development and implementation of the US brand strategy for Brukinsa • Lead, develop and execute the US hematology marketing strategy • Collaborate across the organization to maintain the 3-year brand plan • Drive the development of the targeted 1-year tactical plan • Effectively communicate brand updates, strategies, and tactics • Establish and maintain a close relationship with Sales leadership • Partner closely with Business Analytics to align on market research needs • Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team • Continually gather and analyze customer and competitor insights • Coach and develop team members to achieve both business and individual objectives

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.) • At least 8-10 years' experience as a marketing leader in oncology with experience in heme malignancies preferred • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required (NMEs and expanded indications) • Experience in highly competitive markets and global and/or international experience preferred • Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion • Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. • Proven ability to grow and develop others.
