Description

• Lead a team of construction and systems completion resources responsible for successful project delivery. • Build and lead a team of project execution resources, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Establish processes and standards for effective implementation of contracting and execution planning. • Key stakeholder in establishing project contract strategy and relationships with partners/contractors. • Ensure effective implementation of execution planning and readiness for stage-gate reviews. • Drive safety protocols and practices, conducting regular safety meetings. • Support execution team through early identification and resolution of onsite issues or delays. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards. • Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines. • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors. • Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult tasks. • Maintain good organization skills and good attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial project management and execution, particularly in a site-based role. • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple contractors and interface with engineering teams • Proficiency in project management software, systems and tools • In-depth knowledge of construction and systems completion methods • Strong logistics and material management skills • Effective change management capabilities • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are advantageous.
