Description

• ButterflyMX is a rapidly growing proptech startup making property access simple. • We are looking for a Head of Product Operations and Insights to elevate product performance. • This role involves ensuring the Product team has the right data and insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in at least two of the following: Product Management, Product Operations, UX Research and/or Analytics • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools to derive insights and track product performance; familiarity with user experience research • Understanding of product development processes and methodologies • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Management Consulting is an advantage • Experience in web and mobile technology and analytics is an advantage • Holding an MBA is an advantage
