Description

• Founded in 2014, ButterflyMX empowers people to manage doors & gates from smartphones. • Products installed in 15,000+ properties worldwide, improving operating costs and tenant satisfaction. • Looking for intelligent, collaborative individuals in a transparent, flexible culture. • Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales team with data analysis and process streamlining. • Collaborate with teams to enhance sales operations and advance strategies. • Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data. • Support sales meetings and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of Sales Operations, Order Management, Accounting, or Finance experience desired • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter and effective time manager • Take initiative and act as an owner to solve problems • Enjoy identifying issues and proposing solutions • Previous experience in a high-tech environment is desirable • Proficient in Microsoft Word or Google Docs with strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills • Salesforce or other CRM/Order Management Software experience preferred
