📋 Description
• Manage multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation • Communicate clearly and professionally through written updates
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience • 1+ year handling multiple clients • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Excellent written communication skills in English • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail oriented
