Description

• Cadre Hospice seeks to expand access to the hospice benefit, especially among underserved populations. • Responsible for driving growth strategy and delivering results by identifying and developing business opportunities. • Overseeing the community development team and executing sales strategies while working with care teams to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus in the healthcare services space; preferably hospice and palliative care. • 3+ years of senior management experience with proven success leading highly effective sales and marketing teams across multiple states and branches. • Entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to drive growth in a new organization. • Strong interpersonal skills, expertise in sales training, and excellent time management capabilities. • Experience with DeNovo and M&A growth in Hospice and Palliative care. • Familiarity with state and federal guidelines and regulations. • Expert professional judgment and adept problem-solving skills. • Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a passion for providing compassionate care to patients and families facing end-of-life issues.
