Description

• Provide design, modeling, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle for renewable energy projects from initial customer solution designs to successful implementation and operation. • Model and optimize engineering designs, sizing equipment and modeling to meet project requirements and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to ensure innovative customer-centric solutions can be seamlessly delivered. • Perform root cause analysis and provide technical support for operational systems and equipment.

Requirements

• BSEE with a passion for power systems and renewable energy or equivalent experience. PE a plus. • 5+ years of relevant experience in power generation. Distributed generation, isochronous grids a plus. • Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, codes, and standards. • Knowledge on Interconnection Application requirement in multiple ISOs. • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. • Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. • A lifelong learner committed to staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving renewable energy landscape. • At least 5 years of professional experience working in the renewables and environment industry, with a focus on developing and implementing solutions that accelerate the energy transition. • Familiarity of renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency measures. • Experience with energy generation technologies including one or more of the following: solar, wind, battery storage, geothermal, biomass, fuel cells, EV charging. • Working autonomously on deadline-driven projects, your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will ensure on-time delivery to stakeholders. • Ability to travel to client sites as needed. • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. • Field experience commissioning distributed generation equipment a plus.
