Description

β€’ Provide technical support via phone, web, or customer site with a focus on data-centric objectives. β€’ Take ownership of customer technical product issues. β€’ Complete training deliverables quarterly on the latest features and technology enhancements. β€’ Utilize data to explain situations and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of technical support and/or escalation support experience in networking and telecommunication. β€’ BS/MS EE, CS, or equivalent. β€’ CCNA/CCNP/JNCIP/RHCSA or equivalent desired. β€’ Knowledge of L3 routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), TCP/IP, L2 switching, VLANs, QoS/DSCP, VoIP (SIP/MGCP). β€’ Familiarity with technologies such as 802.11, SDN/SDA, MPLS, MEF, GPON, NG-PON2, DHCP, AAA, Firewalls, etc. β€’ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
