Description

• Help evolve market-leading customer interaction analytics solutions. • Conduct voice of customer research interacting with user groups. • Identify/document market problems and requirements. • Prioritize the product backlog and communicate those priorities. • Create wireframes and deliver UI mockups in collaboration with design. • Manage planning sprints and sprint review meetings. • Attend daily standups, review implemented features, providing developer feedback. • Manage the entire product lifecycle including product launch. • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus). • 5-8 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or related technologies. • Experience with Generative AI: Familiarity with tools and frameworks like GPT, DALL-E, or similar generative AI technologies. • Experience in remote work environments: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a distributed team. • Understanding of AI and Machine Learning Concepts: Ability to translate complex AI technologies into user-friendly products. • Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to drive product decisions. • Experience with APIs, particularly those related to AI and machine learning models. • Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch, with an emphasis on iterative development and user feedback. • Ability to develop and manage a product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision. • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive products. • Experience with Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation. • Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product features. • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including executives, customers, and cross-functional teams. • Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems, with a strong ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback. • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. • Strong understanding of the business implications of AI technologies, including potential revenue streams, cost implications, and scalability. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with evolving priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions. • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
