β€’ As a Campus Recruiter - USA at Staff4Me, you will be integral to our recruitment team, focusing on identifying and engaging top-tier talent from universities across the nation. β€’ This role is vital for driving our efforts to attract young, diverse candidates who can contribute to our innovative culture. β€’ With a passion for connecting with students and a strategic mindset, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce. β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract students and recent graduates. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with university career services and student organizations to enhance our visibility and presence on campuses. β€’ Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to meet and engage potential candidates. β€’ Conduct informational sessions to educate students about career opportunities at Staff4Me and the application process. β€’ Screen resumes and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. β€’ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and design tailored recruitment plans. β€’ Monitor and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives. β€’ Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely follow-ups and feedback throughout the recruitment process. β€’ Assist in the creation of engaging marketing and promotional materials to support campus recruitment efforts. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and university dynamics to best position Staff4Me as an employer of choice.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. β€’ Previous experience in campus recruitment, college relations, or talent acquisition is highly desirable. β€’ Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and inspire students. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for recruitment purposes. β€’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. β€’ Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. β€’ Flexibility to travel to different campuses for recruitment initiatives as necessary.
