Requirements
• LinkedIn Sourcing: Utilising either LinkedIn Recruiter (Corporate) or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite. • Expert Interviewing Techniques: Probe into candidate experiences. • Elevated Candidate Experience: Champion a professional and positive candidate experience. • ATS Implementation and Management: Must be able to utilize the most effective ATS trackers. • Admin: Ensuring that there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles. • Project Management: Must be able to clarify details, set priorities.
