📋 Description
• Our organization is currently seeking a Phone Sales Representative to work from home. • As a phone sales representative your job function will be to contact and on-board new accounts. • Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a brief qualifying phone interview and enroll/sell new professionals using a soft, scripted, one-call close method. • The majority of your day will be spent on the phone speaking with prospects. • This role does not require any cold calling. • Each applicant you speak with has submitted a detailed online application and expressed a high level of interest in joining the organization. • The primary KPI to determine success is the number of new clients enrolled on a weekly basis. • Unlike other sales-focused roles, this position does not involve hard selling and is very low-pressure, with a strong emphasis on client experience.
