β’ Our organization is currently seeking a Phone Sales Representative to work from home. β’ As a phone sales representative your job function will be to contact and on-board new accounts. β’ Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a brief qualifying phone interview and enroll/sell new professionals using a soft, scripted, one-call close method. β’ The majority of your day will be spent on the phone speaking with prospects. β’ This role does not require any cold calling. β’ Each applicant you speak with has submitted a detailed online application and expressed a high level of interest in joining the organization. β’ The primary KPI to determine success is the number of new clients enrolled on a weekly basis. β’ Unlike other sales-focused roles, this position does not involve hard selling and is very low-pressure, with a strong emphasis on client experience.
