Description

•Work from home within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. •Drive program operations and oversee a portfolio of initiatives that address the social drivers of health to ensure equitable access to care. •Collaborate with internal program leaders, senior management, and cross-functional managers/directors to develop program monitoring and assessment protocols.

Requirements

•The Health Equity Program Manager I would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred), and 5+ years’ experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry. •Experience in health plans and social drivers of health preferred. •The Health Equity Program Manager II would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred), and 8+ years’ experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry. •Experience in health plans and social drivers of health preferred. •May have equivalent combination of education and experience.
