Description

β€’ Build and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling skills leading to the sale of Learning A-Z solutions in the K-6 marketplace. β€’ Initiate and expand key school and school district relationships within territory β€’ Adhere to company policies and processes β€’ Improve product knowledge and selling skills by attending all sales meetings and training sessions. β€’ Certify on Learning A-Z solutions. β€’ Deliver complete and accurate paperwork related to customer accounts and sales in a timely manner β€’ Be informed of funding sources and educational initiatives in assigned territory β€’ Demonstrate in depth product knowledge, ability to navigate and present our product successfully using virtual tools. β€’ Certify product knowledge to sales leadership β€’ Understand and implement consultative sales process consistently β€’ Update and maintain records in company CRM (Salesforce.com) with all pertinent customer and contact/conversation data β€’ Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales leadership and marketing department β€’ Meet or exceed company metrics for volume of customer contacts

Requirements

β€’ Must be Humble, Hungry and Smart β€’ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience β€’ 5 years of sales experience β€’ Experience selling to K-12 marketplace, preferred β€’ Previous sales training certificates, preferred β€’ Proven consultative sales experience and background β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills β€’ Exhibit self-assurance and humility β€’ Self-motivated and eager to take on challenges β€’ Own good judgement and outstanding interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to work with others in in team environment to achieve common goals β€’ Ability to travel 10% of time
