• The Director of IT Process Management is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of IT processes and project management aligned to business goals. • This role focuses on ensuring service delivery quality, and aligning IT processes and projects with business objectives. • The Director will manage cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Multiple functions are represented in this group – project management, process management and internal business relationship management – all need to link arms to deliver exceptional customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT process, project and business relationship management. • Process management, service delivery, or operations, with a focus on process improvement (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma) • Project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects, and relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred. • Business relationship management, with a focus on internal customer delivery of enterprise solutions and relevant certification (e.g., BRMP) preferred. • Proven understanding of IT and process improvement methodologies. • Dynamic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change. • Dedicated leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated experience in analyzing, comparing and evaluating various courses of action and making autonomous judgments on matters of significance, within the scope of responsibilities.
