Description

• Lead the strategy for equitable talent processes and programs • Develop and implement strategies to achieve enterprise-wide objectives • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of key projects owned by your team • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human and Talent Development, Culture, Communications, or Psychology • At least five years in a leadership role • At least three years in formal DEIB role • Deep knowledge and high proficiency in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) principles and practices • Demonstrated experience leading change among executives and senior leaders • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and team leadership • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate
