• Drive Boulevard’s total rewards philosophy covering compensation and benefits. • Lead the development of a revitalized 'Talent System' for compensation and benefits. • Design and manage total rewards programs aligned with market trends. • Lead Global Total Rewards, including global compensation and benefits initiatives. • Optimize job architecture for talent attraction and retention. • Inspire the People & Culture team, providing clarity and vision. • Ensure a fair and equitable workplace according to legislation and trends. • Develop and execute strategies to address Total Rewards opportunities. • Establish a Compensation Committee for reporting to the Board. • Collaborate with People & Culture Leadership and Finance to deliver valuable total rewards. • Create infrastructure for measuring Total Rewards program effectiveness. • Maintain relationships with senior leadership and consultants. • Manage priorities to support key business objectives effectively. • Ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant global total rewards experience. • Ability to exhibit a “player/coach” mindset. • High-growth SaaS company experience. • Experience leading a global total rewards team. • Experience shaping total rewards strategies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Operates with strong judgment, creativity, agility, and flexibility. • Data-driven leader with strong analytical skills. • A people-centric leader committed to inclusive leadership and team development. • Experience with tools such as Radford, Pave, Carta, BambooHR, Workday. • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience. • Experience with variable compensation methodologies and design. • Experience with both private SaaS and publicly traded companies.
