• Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. • Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. • Works with cross functional teams. • Leads the overall project strategy from project release through warranty for large customer projects. • Communicates strategy to cross functional teams and management. • Oversees project resources for small-medium sized projects. • Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing, or engineering techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Director in the Power Generation Industry. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills.
