Description

• At Cambium Assessment, the Director will shape K2 assessment portfolio to assist educators and students. • Oversee the development of K2 assessments and consult with experts to refine offerings. • Collaborate with teams to deliver online assessments and reports addressing user needs. • Be the primary face of K2 Assessment portfolio to new and existing customers. • Stay informed on early childhood assessment trends and seek to improve product offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Early Education or Educational Psychology; Doctorate degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in an Assessment Management role. • Proven track record in developing and launching early childhood assessments demonstrating a blend of operational management, strategic thinking, and innovation. • Experience in the pedagogy of early reading/literacy development and ability to operationalize in assessment and measurement. • Demonstrated experience in managing cross function teams and ensuring alignment across departments. • Deep knowledge of early childhood assessment trends, best practices along with strong professional network in the field to draw upon for additional expertise. • Familiarity with state and federal early childhood regulations related to assessment.
