📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Project Manager who has strong experience in Business Process Re-engineering, ERP or Oracle Consulting, Solution Design, Implementation and Support, Project and Risk Management, IT Management, Leadership, Shared Services, and has experience working in an onshore-offshore model. • As a Project Manager, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for the implementation of the Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud platform at a global, regional, and local level. • In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, support, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization. • You will be responsible for working primarily on Oracle Cloud solutions for clients, Business Process Controls, Customer and Vendor Relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Project Planning. • The work is not limited to Oracle as you may be involved in other company process development/improvement activities. • The company encourages employees to sharpen and enhance their competencies by providing various roles. • Applicant should be able to communicate with various organization levels effectively, from staff members to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of ERP experience with ERP project management experience with a strong focus on HCM and Financials implementations • 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects • At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud project as a Project Manager • Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-lifecycle implementation projects for Public Sector agencies • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with c-level client staff, technical staff, and application users • University degree in business, computer science, or equivalent • Active PMP Certification
