• About Us • Canibuild transforms the residential construction industry by automating and enhancing the design, approval, and sales processes. • Our innovative SaaS platform answers the crucial question, 'Can I build this on this plot of land?'—in minutes instead of weeks. • We are backed by Australia’s largest hedge fund and have a rapidly expanding global user base, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. • Job Summary • As a Marketplace Specialist, your role will be essential to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the architectural and building sectors—including pools, houses, granny flats, and sheds. • You will be responsible for new client acquisition, client retention, and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring that Canibuild's marketplace offerings are aligned with customer needs. • In this role, you will engage closely with clients to provide tailored solutions, help optimize their marketplace experience, and contribute to the overall expansion of the Canibuild marketplace. • Key Responsibilities: • Drive new sales and identify potential client leads. • Manage client relationships, ensuring customer success through upselling and cross-selling. • Provide expert consultation on marketplace products tailored to specific build types. • Conduct market research to align marketplace strategies with industry trends. • Work closely with internal teams to stay up-to-date on product enhancements. • Use data insights to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives. • Assist clients with seamless onboarding and ongoing marketplace integration. • Monitor and report on marketplace performance through KPIs. • Deliver client training and resources to enhance marketplace success. • Create feedback loops for clients to improve marketplace offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (required). • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within a tech start-up. • Strong understanding of the architectural and building industry. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work efficiently in remote teams and handle multiple projects. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. • Ready to work in US shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
