• Develop and execute regional and national growth plans for CannonDesign • Focus on sourcing opportunities for new project work and partnerships. • Responsible for defining and executing a convergence market growth plan. • Identify market growth opportunities and key clients. • Contribute to building strong leadership teams for market growth. • Represent the Firm externally at national events, conferences, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees preferred • Generally, at least 20 years of work experience within the assigned markets required • Significant experience and proven track record within assigned markets • Must have an extensive national network • Must have existing identifiable and recognizable personal brand • Must have a track record of consistent presence at industry events • Ability to be optimistic and have an inclusive leadership style • Ability to champion an ethical culture • Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial behavior • Ability to communicate effectively internally • Significant travel is required
