Description

• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) research and a passion for creating intuitive and impactful AI-powered solutions. • You will be responsible for leading user research initiatives, uncovering user needs and behaviors, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. • Your work will directly influence the development of products that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success. • Plan, design, and conduct user research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. • Analyze and interpret research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to integrate user-centered design principles into product development. • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings. • Advocate for the user by providing evidence-based recommendations during product discussions and decision-making processes. • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research. • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of research methodologies and processes. • Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research, preferably within the tech industry. • Proficiency in a range of research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience with UX research tools and software. • Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and their impact on user experience is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.
