Description

• Responsible for project management for all major fundraising partnerships at Momentus Capital • Work closely with the Director of Development to keep track of internal requests to funders and follow up with internal stakeholders as tasks are completed • Plan and attend internal prep meetings needed to coordinate funder requests • In collaboration with the Director of Development, create a calendar of engagement for funders • Travel to meet with key funders, attend Momentus Capital events, and attend key conferences to help maintain relationships

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience working in non-profit organizations or a CDFI • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of non-profit fundraising experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree • Commitment to social and racial justice • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented project management abilities • Self-motivated and resourceful • Familiarity with nonprofit functions preferred • Experience creating front-facing materials for external use • Familiarity with community development finance preferred
