Description

• The Account Manager role at Radiantgraph is a highly collaborative and influential position • Responsible for representing our organization to C level and executive level leadership at our clients • Manage complex requirements and interface with technical and non-technical disciplines • Work closely with VP of Client Success to shape the way key accounts are managed • Influence product roadmap by representing client feedback and priorities

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in an Account Management role, directly responsible for the satisfaction and experience of a portfolio of customers. Preferably in a high growth or startup. • 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise level customers, preferably in a SaaS environment • 2+ years of experience working in the Marketing space, with preference given to experience in Growth Marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign creation and management, or other growth marketing activities preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record of driving net revenue retention and account growth
