• Identifying and creating new opportunities for our sales team through a combination of smart lead finding, social selling, email campaigns, cold calling, and clever outbound sales techniques. • Becoming an expert about the company, industry, our product, and features to effectively present Caplena's value proposition to potential customers • Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline • Collaborating with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize our growth trajectory • Maintaining and improving a scalable outbound prospecting system • Tracking and managing prospects, as well as qualifying leads by using a modern sales tech stack • Participating in team meetings, networking, trade shows to grow the business.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • Proven work experience in business development or sales • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, cold calling is a plus • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience in SaaS is a plus • Experience with CRM software and knowledge of basic business research tools such as Linked in Sales Navigator is a plus • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Verbal and written proficiency in English and German • Hands-on and can-do attitude • Upbeat team player with strong work ethics and ambitions
