🎯 Requirements

β€’ Mandatory 3+ years of proven experience as a business development manager, with a focus on sales in the B2B payments industry, fintech. β€’ Mandatory advanced English; β€’ Demonstrable sales track record, particularly in international and multi-cultural contexts. β€’ Familiarity with customer support practices. β€’ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) β€’ In-depth market knowledge, with an emphasis on Latin American economies and payment sectors. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. β€’ Effective time management and strategic planning abilities. β€’ BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
