β€’ Forge deep, meaningful relationships with existing SaaS customers β€’ Own and exceed your net retention target by cultivating tailored, solution-oriented partnerships β€’ Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Support, Sales, Account Management, and Services β€’ Analyze and leverage customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement β€’ Champion the voice of the customer to inform continuous improvement of our product offerings

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles β€’ Solid experience in increasing net retention and expanding business within Enterprise organizations β€’ Proven success in Enterprise Client Success roles, with a preference for those with experience in influencer marketing or related fields β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with a diverse range of clients β€’ Familiarity with the evolving marketing and media landscapes β€’ Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills β€’ Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across cross-functional internal teams β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude, able to identify both opportunities and risks β€’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while consistently achieving strong results β€’ High level of organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in order to meet and exceed goals
