Requirements

• Excellent communication skills • Demonstrated success with enterprise level utility clients • Strong project management experience • Analytical, creative and curious mindset • Ability to build trust and relationships • Experience collaborating with product teams • Good judgment in a business context • Experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment • BS or BA degree • 5-7 years of experience in technology services or customer success • Experience in renewable energy or adjacent industries • Willing to handle after-hours emergency client escalations
