Description

β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with microschool founders, understanding their needs and challenges. β€’ Provide strategic advice and solutions to help partners optimize their operations and achieve their goals. β€’ Monitor partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities. β€’ Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new partners to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed. β€’ Support KaiPod team with Partner operations (e.g. billing, reconciliation payments, Newton by KaiPod Learning support) β€’ Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. β€’ Drive partner engagement through regular check-ins, newsletters, and community-building activities. β€’ Gather feedback from partners to inform product development and enhance service offerings.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the education or technology sectors. β€’ Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support partners. β€’ Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other relevant tools to manage partner relationships and track performance. β€’ Problem-solving mindset with a passion for identifying and addressing challenges. β€’ Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
