β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with microschool founders, understanding their needs and challenges. β’ Provide strategic advice and solutions to help partners optimize their operations and achieve their goals. β’ Monitor partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities. β’ Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new partners to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed. β’ Support KaiPod team with Partner operations (e.g. billing, reconciliation payments, Newton by KaiPod Learning support) β’ Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. β’ Drive partner engagement through regular check-ins, newsletters, and community-building activities. β’ Gather feedback from partners to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
β’ 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the education or technology sectors. β’ Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support partners. β’ Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other relevant tools to manage partner relationships and track performance. β’ Problem-solving mindset with a passion for identifying and addressing challenges. β’ Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
