We’re looking for go-getters that are excited to thrive in a company going through an exciting growth phase! • About the Role: As a Client Success Manager, you'll manage a Book of Business consisting of 40-50 SMB/Mid-Market Accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your clients. You'll be required to help onboard, train, consult, and drive best practices with your clients. Your main indicator of success will be how well you drive adoption and growth/expansions within your book of business.
• BA/BS Preferred • 3+ years experience in Client Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail • Outstanding communication skills - through chat, email, phone, and in-person • Comfortable articulating software and engaging with executives (VP and C-Level Execs) • An understanding of the different sales roles/positions within an organization • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) • Successful track record managing a Book of Business (Growth as well as Retention) • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a “can-do” attitude • Access to a quiet and enclosed working environment with a fast internet connection
