β€’ Responsible for customer retention and account growth with small and mid-sized practices β€’ Provide high-touch service to customers to ensure Rethink products/services meet their needs β€’ Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or related field β€’ Must be comfortable working with technology and fluent in Microsoft Office β€’ Experience with special education/autism/ABA highly preferred β€’ Experience working with a SaaS (software) company highly preferred
