Description

• Report to the Director of Customer Success, serving as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team • Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives • Making hiring decisions, scheduling for your team, and process payroll • Identify and groom promising talent on the team • Ensure that all members of the team are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives • Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other ad hoc training • Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide your team to perform up to standard

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Comfortable with working with different personalities • Eager to grow your career in the real estate and insurance industry • A roll up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don’t know • Empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor!
