β€’ Own key offline channels and initiatives, including Direct Mail, Audio (Podcast/Radio/Streaming), and TV (Linear/CTV), driving efficient growth at scale. β€’ Develop and execute strategies to scale offline channels while optimizing for incremental performance and efficiency. β€’ Manage all vendor relationships for Direct Mail and TV/CTV, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals. β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, negotiating contracts and optimizing partnerships for long-term success. β€’ Manage and mentor a direct report responsible for Podcast buys, providing guidance and development opportunities. β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, brand marketing, and digital product, to continuously evolve and improve offline channel strategies. β€’ Develop hypotheses and execute experiments on creative assets and landing pages to enhance incremental performance across all offline channels. β€’ Analyze test results and implement learnings to refine and optimize creative strategies. β€’ Design offline growth reports and conduct ad hoc reporting to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. β€’ Own and maintain all reporting for TV programs, ensuring accurate performance tracking and visibility. β€’ Oversee the distribution of campaign briefs, product details, and creative assets to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication. β€’ Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ years of offline growth marketing experience in TV (Linear/OTT), Direct Mail, Audio (Podcast/Radio/Streaming) in the DTC/Ecomm space β€’ 3+ years of people management experience β€’ Added bonus if you have experience managing Affiliate marketing β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with vendors/agencies β€’ Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex datasets into actionable insights. β€’ You're an Excel wizard with experience in Google Analytics and a working knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker). β€’ Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously + independently β€’ Proactive and resourceful mindset, ability to find creative solutions that align with business objectives β€’ Team player who collaborates effectively with other departments where necessary to cross-promote influencer content. β€’ A can-do attitude, enjoy wearing many hats, and are eager to jump in and problem-solve when needed. β€’ Detail-oriented and a fast learner, comfortable wearing many hats β€’ Enthusiasm for our mission and making an impact at Caraway
