Description

• Demonstrates knowledge of the project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes. • Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments. • Connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case. • Prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. • Communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion. • Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success. • Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals. • Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Experience in managing programs in digital transformation preferred • Experience with large scale SAP platform and business transformations preferred • Experience with large scale programs preferred • Skilled in MS Project and MS excel at least at an advance level preferred • Experience working and presenting to senior business leaders • Experience in leading core technical workstreams like data development, data transformation etc • Experience in running parallel time sensitive workstreams in a large-scale program • Collaborative mindset, open to wearing different hats on the program, and have a roll up your sleeve’s mentality.
